PHP+MySQL based File Download Manager

I needed a way to present the CM9 Nightlies for the One S, so I started poking around. I found someone who had started writing something in PHP using MySQL and I grabbed that and started building on it. The code is available on Github and a demo is up. Feedback and improvement ideas are greatly appreciated. :)
